The most notable hire is Jim Caldwell as the teams assistant head coach/quarterbacks coach. Caldwell brings valuable head coach experience and gets the most out of his quarterbacks. Chad O’Shea was named offensive coordinator after spending the past ten years with the Patriots. On the defensive side , Patrick Graham was named defensive coordinator.
